Disappointing experience. Very heavy pressure, micromanagement, and little understanding that there are long ramp times and longer sales cycles.

It was tough to get started due to lack of structure but this has changed. Focus has moved towards activity levels. Office is now 4 days a week. Good accounts to work on with the SFDC name.
