Back to ReviewsCurrent Employee Everything good about Mulesoft from when they were independent is gone. R&D hasn't kept up with pure-play vendors, which are more straightforward to use and manage. Poor leadership with a strong bias towards people who transfer in from other Salesforce BUs. They offer high OTEs, but very few hit their number by design, as the territories have been cut back too far while not adding any new products to sell. Success is very dependent on being in the right place at the right time.
