It was tough to get started due to lack of structure but this has changed. Focus has moved towards activity levels. Office is now 4 days a week. Good accounts to work on with the SFDC name.

It feels like MuleSoft’s best days are behind it. Weird to say given it’s Salesforce’s highest-performing cloud. The commercial/mid-market feels tapped, but plenty of opportunity within SMB with new pricing. Previously good training - now it’s less MuleSoft focused, as the company has mostly lost its independent MuleSoft culture.

Getting promoted to an AE role has become almost impossible. It’s one of the few tech companies that you actually see diversity across teams. Very competitive environment. Most BDRs stay in seat for years. Leadership doesn’t really care about you and your career progression. They frame it as if they do, but the targets and expectations to move up say the contrary....Read More
