Overall has been a great experience. However, 30% of reps hit and it has never been different. Salesforce's new focus on Performance Culture has put a very dangerous precedent in place to manage out those who don't hit short term goals. The company will not lose money on reps. This means 5 years of top performance can turn into a PIP in 2 bad quarters.

Higher growth business within Salesforce though there are some challenges as larger accounts become more saturated. Business is more focused on middle enterprise and below where there is greater opportunity for growth still.
