I have enjoyed my time since being at Moveworks! It is a world class product and our customers/partners showcase this. The SDR org is tight knit and we have a great culture. Management is good, however, there is clear differences in how SDRs are able to operate and do their job depending on who their manager is.

Less than 10% of reps are hitting quota. Impressive product but it's nice to have software and leadership is flying by the seat of their pants.
