Current Employee2.4Jul 24, 2024I feel sales leadership has become out of touch with reality. they dont seem to understand to which persona's we sell to leading to us having to outreach and netwerk on the wrong events. they also pushed us to focus selling on products that didnt had got market fit while ignoring well performing products. Overall the company has been performing less because of it.
