Can make great money, if you hit the account lottery. Management only cares about “new business meetings” and not deals closed. Toxic atmosphere created by management. Great product, but terrible leadership.

MongoDB is far from the company it claims to be. The culture is toxic, and EQ leadership is sorely lacking. There's no meritocracy; it's all about who you know.
