Stay away, sales leadership consistently overpromises and under delivers for their reps. I promise you nobody in sales at this entire company is happy, management puts immense amounts of pressure on their reports. Never seen a company where so many people need to take a leave of absence due to mental health issues from how they are being managed. They have a good comp structure if you happen to be on a good account, but management will still ride you to the point of it not being worth it.

Mongo used to be a great place to work in sales. When the economy took a downturn in beginning of 2023, they began “restructuring” and making it harder to achieve quota which instead of doing layoffs, they got people to organically quit. Great business decision honestly. The ones of us that are left are struggling for the most part.
