Amazing sales training - one of the best in the industry, wonderful talented people and good benefits! It was truly great when I joined 4 years ago but management is now too focused on profit > people which is why so many AEs are leaving as targets are unattainable for the majority (doubled when a few reps were overachieving) and promotions are getting harder.

Really dislike this place. The level of micromanagement out of this world and they keep changing their go to market strategy. Unless you want to be a glorified SDR I would steer clear of this place.

Great experience as a first time AE, good package for being based in Barcelona, and lots of training and team events opportunities (SKO, offsite…)
