I enjoy working at MongoDB. The base is a little below the industry standard, but I feel confident in my ability to hit and exceed quota, and am incentivized to do so because of earning potential.

Great company culture and high quality training. Base pay is pretty average, comp plans are great for those who can overachieve. High expectations for both intelligence and activity, not the place if you want to coast.
