Terrible leadership culture outside of the SDR team. Male dominated culture, too many examples of belittling, dismissive, toxic behaviour. You will enjoy life within the SDR team but will likely hate it when working with your peers from other parts of the sales organisation.

Great company culture and high quality training. Base pay is pretty average, comp plans are great for those who can overachieve. High expectations for both intelligence and activity, not the place if you want to coast.
