Mixpanel has been a roller coaster to work for. The company is in a constant state of change which results in really good years and very bad years depending on decisions that are made by the leadership team. The company has so much potential but has certain leaders in place that continue to prevent the company from reaching its full potential.

The biggest issue is Exec and Sr Leadership. There is no Csuite. Just the CEO a head of product, and one person oversees HR/Marketing/Sales. None of them have sold before, and it shows.
