Good product & talented organisation with lot of knowledge. Mirakl is well positioned to lead & dominate in their category, but many changes in leadership en organisational structure, so unsure how that will unfold. Limited overall compensation. Extremely lmiited employee benefits when working remotely, No Equity, poor support from HR department. Money can be made for AEs with the right mindset & right territory.

Low new logo global attainment, constant churn, and layoffs/re-hiring (end of every year) in tenure there. Many large enterprises struggle to make the model economically feasible in the long run with the exception of Goliath's that go all-in on the business strategy.
