My only issue is that this company needs so much help with their support team that it can get difficult post sales to rely on the other groups.

Current Employee4.0Feb 22, 2024Overall a great organization. Comp structure is variable and once you’re locked in it’s hard to negotiate up even when new hires might come on with higher OTE. Quotas are attainable and offer great accelerators once achieved.
