My overall experience is good at meraki. Leadership, culture and product fit are all 5 stars. The base and OTE are too low though. A couple years ago you could make up for pay through overachievement on quota and hitting accelerators. In 2024 and moving forward, quotas are becoming nearly impossible to hit for most reps. Meraki has been fantastic but seems to be on a downward spiral with each passing quarter

One time this was a great company Culture, values, vision The more it becomes embedded in Cisco the more the unique identity is lost Rather than thinking outside the box culture is rapidly becoming micromanaged and robotic

My overall experience was positive here. The opportunity for growth was certainly there and there was no shortage of leads. Quota would be achieved and if they weren't, management was there to help.
