Very few sellers hit quota last year 2023. Unclear objectives set by new leadership, product is slow to innovate, losing a lot of deals to main competitor due to pricing structure and exec relationships, comp package doesn't incentive you at all. I believe things went down hill after PE purchased us

Medallia once was a great organisation but since the acquisition by PE everything went downhill.

My overall experience was ok. However, they're in the CX/EX space and they're awful internally with EX.
