Very few sellers hit quota last year 2023. Unclear objectives set by new leadership, product is slow to innovate, losing a lot of deals to main competitor due to pricing structure and exec relationships, comp package doesn't incentive you at all. I believe things went down hill after PE purchased us

The amount of layoffs extremely unsettling. They have no vision on how to guide and lead their teams. Product is cool, but is hard to navigate through ever changing processes.

Leadership has no vision because of constant change. No real mission forward. Under valued as sales people.
