Former Employee2.3Jan 4, 2025Worked there a while ago, wasn't great for SDR's, there was one sales manager who left around the same time as me that was terrible, I can only hope his replacement improved things. Culture was bad, favouritism was an issue and success varied by verticle wildly, which was not taken into consideration.

Current Employee3.9Apr 20, 2024Great culture. Decent product. New CRO should help correct the sales motion and GTM strategy. Hopefully they can fix the comp plan too because it's causing some friction and turnover. In general I enjoy my job but am looking forward to the new CRO to bring in some needed changes.
