Overall experience with MW was great - great product, great people, great campus, awesome amenities (gym, barber, free food and drink) but for a private company whose product is well-entrenched, the pay for significantly lower than the market average. As others have said, it can be tough to find any upward trajectory. I chose to leave only due to the pay issue. I wish they would correct this and I would try to return. Great company

Great company, great product, great people here. Very welcoming and not a toxic work environment. Downside is that CEO/founder doesn't believe in sales. Sales OTE below market and team is understaffed with the amount of accounts you cover in a territory. Little room to move up unless you want to move out to satellite office.
