Great product and almost sells itself, but Sales is dramatically underpaid and undervalued. The CEO has literally named sales "a necessary evil".

Overall experience with MW was great - great product, great people, great campus, awesome amenities (gym, barber, free food and drink) but for a private company whose product is well-entrenched, the pay for significantly lower than the market average.
