Incredibly high turnover, especially in sales, sales leadership, sales ops, compensation (wink ;). Backstabbing solution architects. Non-existent new hire onboarding. Secretive leadership. No CSMs/TAMs any more. Terrible tech stack of tools for sales. Running low on private equity funding.
