The most toxic place I have ever encountered in my career. A commission structure that makes it impossible to hit OTE. Unachievable targets. By far the most incompetent management I have come across - backstabbing, obsessed with dashboards over results, no idea how to set territory (dont be surprised to be given SMB accounts in an ENT role), micromanagement gone wild, absolute stupidity that wastes the entire sales teams time - filling out spreadsheets with the same information in SFDC then duplicating effort over and over again etc. Terrible systems. Terrible treatment of staff and Terrible onboarding. Oh yes - and fraudulent revenue recognition.

I wont recommend this company. Save yourself, leadership has no clue
