One of the aspects that stood out to me the most was the collaborative and inclusive work environment. The teamwork and support from my colleagues have played a crucial role in my success and overall job satisfaction. It's truly inspiring to be surrounded by individuals who are not only talented and driven but also genuinely supportive of one another.

With little to no inbound leads or meetings set from SDR's and high quotas Malwarebytes has a long way to go in terms of how they compensate their sellers

Below average in compensation and above average in work/life balance and mid level managers are great. Compensation has gone down and work/life balance has not been as good in the past year. Overall enjoy working here but it is definitely below average in comp which makes it difficult to want to stick around for many people.
