Scaling startup finding it's stride. There are some growing pains but the great team and leadership present a wonderful opportunity. Onboarding and enablement efforts are some of the best I've seen. Benefits and pay structure could be better but I'm looking forward to growing with the company.

Incredible workplace culture. Kind, supportive, motivating colleagues. Endless resources available for learning. Positive and welcoming atmosphere in the office space. Everyone wants to see their colleagues do well and every win is celebrated. Involved leadership who are approachable, knowledgeable, and eager help you succeed as a learner or new staff member.

Overall its great. This company is great to work for. The company culture is the best I've ever been a part of. The product fit is top notch. The transparency is second to know. I know where the company stands almost every day. This is the place you want to be!
