Great company and culture, difficult to survive as a sales person

I'm still a newer employee, and there have been MANY changes within leadership since I started. However, they just brought back their former CEO and many former manages, before things went downhill. Almost everyone seems to be approachable and friendly. They seem sincere when they say they want us on more equal footing.
