This company has struggled for years to be in touch with the people doing the work. Eric CEO has yes men around him and complacency has set in. Great for an easy job, but for growth this is not the company to be in the longterm.

Base pay was meh and comp plans change like the wind, account segmentation etc. Company has great product and support but a lot of work to do to be the best.
