Lacking enablement and training. Leadership doesn't actually help SDRs or give real coaching. If you can hit quota you can make a lot of money though, you're paid a good amount per meeting completed and good base salary.

Great leadership, especially from our CPO. If people are harassing others they will not last long here, big fan of MNTN's protection of their people. As an SDR you have a decent number of tools and ops is expanding our tech. Flexible gig. I recommend having sales experience before onboarding here.

no transparency, accelerators are near impossible to hit and there are decelerators they hide until you're actually hired, no training, and the COO comes up with terrible ideas that the sales team has to carry out
