Solid product market fit, a little limited on only selling one product, focused on high velocity sale with low barrier to entry, hard to establish relationships with clients, very much a popularity contest and less focused on actual achievement.

Pretty good culture, fun people to work with, fun off sites Decent tech stack. Better opportunities if you’re on the D2C team, its a D2C product. The tech is pretty good, company is growing and has plenty of money. Pros: remote work is outstanding Decent salary and OTE No micromanagement, excellent management Cons: quota is getting harder to attain

no transparency, accelerators are near impossible to hit and there are decelerators they hide until you're actually hired, no training, and the COO comes up with terrible ideas that the sales team has to carry out
