no transparency, accelerators are near impossible to hit and there are decelerators they hide until you're actually hired, no training, and the COO comes up with terrible ideas that the sales team has to carry out

Incredibly toxic workplace, expect autonomy only when handed impossible tasks. In the off chance you come out on top, expect 0 recognition. COO and CEO are highly disfunctional, manipulative bros.

Very disappointing company. Leadership is extremely poor with VERY high turnover. Top reps are doing very well but very little room to share market space with those reps in the structure they currently have their lead share. Would not recommend working here.

Great leadership, especially from our CPO. If people are harassing others they will not last long here, big fan of MNTN's protection of their people. As an SDR you have a decent number of tools and ops is expanding our tech. Flexible gig. I recommend having sales experience before onboarding here.
