Incredibly toxic workplace, expect autonomy only when handed impossible tasks. In the off chance you come out on top, expect 0 recognition. COO and CEO are highly disfunctional, manipulative bros.

When I was there management was good but after a year it went down hill.

Lacking enablement and training. Leadership doesn't actually help SDRs or give real coaching. If you can hit quota you can make a lot of money though, you're paid a good amount per meeting completed and good base salary.

It was very stressful and difficult to hit quota. They don't really care about you, just want you to book demos.
