Horrible company with horrible leadership. The more you make the more they take away. They set you up to fail and make decisions based on their own bottom line without any acknowledgement to the people that work there. 2 mass layoffs within the last 5 years. The sales team is cut throat, dog eat dog culture. No work life balance. We had to get up at 3am to be the first to put new leads in. Crappy benefits, unattainable goals. Work here if you have no desire to make money and want to be disrespected and treated like garbage.

It’s easy to sell a product you know actually makes a difference to the people you’re selling to. Mindbody is easily that & it’s a joy to help the people I serve & sell to. I was lucky enough to see this company go through its growth spurt. Unfortunately we know that means, higher targets, less comms, minimal inbounds and poor moral due to the above. Sad, was a great company. I think they have given up on progress.
