It’s easy to sell a product you know actually makes a difference to the people you’re selling to. Mindbody is easily that & it’s a joy to help the people I serve & sell to. Overall, I’ve mostly enjoyed the role, but the individual selling approach is less valued & there is push to follow a certain script. Quota rises more & more, while there’s been no change to the compensation & little change to the tools to enable better sales performance.
