Horrible company with horrible leadership. The more you make the more they take away. They set you up to fail and make decisions based on their own bottom line without any acknowledgement to the people that work there. 2 mass layoffs within the last 5 years. The company is continually experimenting on the backs of sales reps. The base comp is low and isn’t getting higher any time soon. Commission is confused. Leaders are deaf.
