This was a great place to work until mid-2023. I don't know anyone outside of senior leadership that has a positive outlook for the organization.

Meaningful advisory solutions. Work with very smart people. There’s just a lot of building the plane as you fly it here. Target audience is very broad. Too many changes in a short period of time. Lack of good leadership in the sales org

Lux is an exceptional company filled with brilliant people. Its is very difficult to sell an intangible solution in a market where your target clients are settling for the status quo.
