Former Employee2.4Apr 18, 2024There is no product market fit. The base is high but the likelihood of hitting OTE is so unattainable. There are currently no sales reps that have been at the company for more than a year because they continue to rip and replace the sales function.

You will not hit quota because the product is god awful and lunchbox’s competitors have more clout and a way better reputation/product. It’s been done better and before.
