Former Employee2.4Apr 18, 2024There is no product market fit. The base is high but the likelihood of hitting OTE is so unattainable. There are currently no sales reps that have been at the company for more than a year because they continue to rip and replace the sales function.

You’ll be expected to product results immediately, despite the platform being very incomplete. Non of the brands they tout actually use the platform, aside from a few single location franchisees.
