I've had a great experience at Lunchbox. Some of the reviews are from employees that under performed. I started off in a lower role and worked hard to move up. Since then, it's been crazy at times but if you're organized, it's a phenomenal place to work. The incentive plan is the best one I've seen, and the new sales leaders do a great job of helping you learn the intricices of the product. It's the only complete solution in the space too, so that's even better.

This company is a complete disaster in large part due to the leadership and the way they operate. It’s a toxic work environment and a demeaning one at best. You will not hit quota because the product is god awful and lunchbox’s competitors have more clout and a way better reputation/product. It’s been done better and before.
