This company is a complete disaster in large part due to the leadership and the way they operate. It’s a toxic work environment and a demeaning one at best. You will not hit quota because the product is god awful and lunchbox’s competitors have more clout and a way better reputation/product. It’s been done better and before. This company won’t be around for much longer, so happy I don’t have to deal with such a negative work environment and terrible bosses anymore! Stay far away if you have any respect for yourself. ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE A FEMALE.

There is no product market fit. The base is high but the likelihood of hitting OTE is so unattainable. There are currently no sales reps that have been at the company for more than a year because they continue to rip and replace the sales function.
