My overall experience was that they took graduates and created a toxic environment, all achievements were meets expectations and even the smallest loss was magnified way out of proportion.

Pros - The product is pretty incredible compared to industry competitors. They created a solution that clearly meets the needs corporate legal teams face - AI adoption is still early within legal so plenty of opportunity to sell into large orgs - very clear sales process/methodology Cons - you will be told this is a hybrid role. not great, toxic old school sales environment. Atmosphere was competitive but in a negative way. AEs pitched against each other. Basically nobody was hitting target except 1 or 2 reps (out of 30+) Junior AEs given targets of $100,000 but base salary was way way way below industry standard.
