They have ruined every company they acquired and now are bleeding $$ and cutting departments to try and compensate for it. A sad state of affairs to say the least.

Lack of ownership from leadership. If you are in a sales role, you only have about 10% time to actually sell, the majority of the time your dealing with service issues, billing issues, and everything in between.
