They have ruined every company they acquired and now are bleeding $$ and cutting departments to try and compensate for it. A sad state of affairs to say the least.

Lack of ownership from leadership. If you are in a sales role, you only have about 10% time to actually sell, the majority of the time your dealing with service issues, billing issues, and everything in between.

Great clients and relationships. Service has little accountability and key parts of the company are understaffed (Service, Sales Support, Solutions Architect).
