Solid company, but growth is definitely stagnating. In office mandate is only required for some individuals and not others.

It's a great product and team. Some of the strengths would include 1. Product Market Fit 2. Highly Capital Efficient Some Challenges 1. Moving up market 2. Slower growth Tough to get hired here as there's a ton of scrutiny during the hiring process. Best 2ish year of my career spent at LogRocket.

Horrible management. They refuse to hire anybody to help when their employees tell them over and over that the workload is unmanageable. 300+ accounts for 1 CSM? Insane. Imagine negotiating 40+ renewals in 1 quarter. Now imagine getting paid 70k to do it. Do not work here.
