Former Employee2.0Dec 14, 2024Horrible management. They refuse to hire anybody to help when their employees tell them over and over that the workload is unmanageable. 300+ accounts for 1 CSM? Insane. Imagine negotiating 40+ renewals in 1 quarter. Now imagine getting paid 70k to do it. Do not work here.
