I was shocked and also very upset that the company separated with me based on me having Bi-polar and just 2 months before my CSO wanted me to take a SM role, then a channel leader role, but one day I told a customer I could. It accommodate his request of the RFP to be turned around within 24 hrs. See I had it for two weeks, but I asked my manager to help source the answers. She did not return the RFP, and my CSO blamed my bi-polar with out asking me what happened.

Many years of service. They don’t care. No culture. No sales incentives. Hurting financially. Took all spiffs away and made it nearly impossible to hit PClub. You’re not a person here. You’re a number.

Overall, it wasn’t a terrible experience. I was able to close a very large deal which made my year, however, the territory assigned was dried up. There was not much opportunity which is why I left after a year and a half. Zoom at the time was up and coming and eating our lunch.
