Currently working at Loftware. Need to work a second job due to the lack of viable opportunities. I haven’t had a genuine inbound lead besides bs syndication leads for 3 months. Further, our VC has propped up our CEO and CRO from Oracle. They are out of touch and there’s clearly disjointed leadership direction through out the company. They want us to outbound to supplement the lack of leads, but our team members average 1-5 outbound opportunities all year. Due to the niche market that Loftware serves. Really kind people but not great for long term.

Great organization, good people, strong culture, everyone is friendly - before me joining they had an extremely strong inbound lead flow but because of evolution of the product and cloud base changes they need to market a new product on a new website and are working on fixing this to improve inbound lead flow.

My overall experience was that there are fantastic people who work at Loftware. Loftware has cornered the market nicely for their space and the product works well but the leadership team struggles to adapt and accept feedback. Critical thinking ends up being punished and those who say 'yes' to whatever are kept in the inner circle. Think Russian army.
