Currently working at Loftware. Need to work a second job due to the lack of viable opportunities. I haven’t had a genuine inbound lead besides bs syndication leads for 3 months. Further, our VC has propped up our CEO and CRO from Oracle. They are out of touch and there’s clearly disjointed leadership direction through out the company. They want us to outbound to supplement the lack of leads, but our team members average 1-5 outbound opportunities all year. Due to the niche market that Loftware serves. Really kind people but not great for long term.

Great organization, good people, strong culture, everyone is friendly - before me joining they had an extremely strong inbound lead flow but because of evolution of the product and cloud base changes they need to market a new product on a new website and are working on fixing this to improve inbound lead flow.

Great company, phenomenal culture, amazing individuals, fun work ethic, extremely strong opportunities to grow, I would happily stay regardless of pay - of course great culture etc does not pay bills - but its enough to be more than content
