The overall experience as a BDR at Litify was mediocre. Starting off with pay, they paid me just above minimum wage ($20/hr) which is below industry standard by a lot. The commission split was 80-20 with OTE being 48k. The team was fun but a very tech bro kind of culture, benefits were great.

Implementation is the death of all deals for this product. it might be a great fit but the way it is implemented makes it not a fit for nearly all law firms

Pourly ran to say the least. Have a law firm IT manager running the entire company, trying to run sales cycles. Disaster, stay away.
