Former Employee1.6Oct 12, 2023The overall experience as a BDR at Litify was mediocre. Starting off with pay, they paid me just above minimum wage ($20/hr) which is below industry standard by a lot. The commission split was 80-20 with OTE being 48k. The team was fun but a very tech bro kind of culture, benefits were great.
