It was great when i got there but post covid, the company has completely changed its identity. it is more difficult than ever to just break even. Constant change management and a revolving door of operating priorities. Good talent has been dropping like flies. Growth professionally has slowed tremendously and those who play the game the best are glorified. Lots need to change, but I can see myself making a move externally in the near future.

Outstanding. Love it and can't recommend it enough. Unfortunately the focus on DEI has taken over the company and it's hard to get anything changed due to its size.
