I’m unsure where leadership is taking us. 25% of large enterprise reps are hitting their quota. Our quotas are ~6MM. Just rolled out new comp plan that greatly impacts our ability to make over OTE, while raising quotas. Hiring market share is high in most industries, but they still haven’t figured out learning.

My overall experience was positive. Excellent company culture, good professional development opportunities, lots of perks, and access to support. That said I also felt like a small fish in a giant pond. Some of the culture feels manufactured, and management is hands off until a rep misses, then micromanages.
