Experience is dependent on org within the company and vertical. Some orgs performed better than others. Diversity, culture and leadership is also subjective to what team you sit on and leadership for that org/vertical.

LinkedIn is a great place to work overall. However, the sales goals are getting much larger as our corporate goals continue to increase, which puts additional pressure on reps to succeed more with less. They also are moving away from remote all together and so you will need to be in office in order to move up.
