Sales Navigator is a strong product and unique based on power of LinkedIn data. At the most senior IC sales roles the percentage of staff hitting quota is a little low but percent hitting OTE is higher.

In that time, due to her lack of skill, she has made over 5 reps leave and has gotten zero reps promoted. Sales Solutuons at LinkedIn is not a performance-based culture.
