Great company to get started in the tech industry. Would recommend to anyone wanting to grow with an organization early on in their career.

This company has the product fit and market potential to do big things in the Data Center/Private Cloud space, but their toxic culture (that starts at the top) runs through the business and has negatively impacted a number of people's mental health and confidence. Until this is fixed, I would proceed with caution with any opportunities here.

Overall experience was poor. Executive team is young and egotistical. The Director team and down was great, but was forced to play the game which lead to some toxicity.
